REVIEW PROCESS AND SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

The review process for ICAMMAIA 2025 aims to ensure the quality and integrity of the conference proceedings by employing a rigorous and fair evaluation system. The following details provide an overview of the review process:

1. Paper Submission:  Authors are invited to submit their original research papers electronically through the conference website. Submissions must adhere to the prescribed format and guidelines outlined in the "Paper Submission" section.

2. Preliminary Review: Upon submission, each paper will undergo a preliminary review to assess its suitability for the conference. The review committee will evaluate the adherence to formatting guidelines and the relevance to the conference topics. Papers that do not meet the requirements may be returned to the authors for necessary revisions.

3. Double-Blind Peer Review: ICAMMAIA 2025 adopts a double-blind peer review process, ensuring the anonymity of both authors and reviewers. The papers will be assigned to expert reviewers in the relevant fields.

4. Reviewer Selection: The conference organizing committee will carefully select qualified reviewers who possess expertise and experience in the respective areas of research. Reviewers will be appointed based on their domain knowledge and scholarly contributions.

5. Reviewer Evaluation: Reviewers will evaluate the submitted papers based on various criteria, including originality, significance of the research, technical soundness, methodology, results, and clarity of presentation. They will provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improving the paper's quality. 

6. Reviewer Recommendations: After evaluating the papers, reviewers will recommend one of the following decisions:

• Accept: The paper meets all the criteria and can be accepted for presentation at the conference.

• Minor Revisions: The paper requires minor revisions to address specific concerns raised by the reviewers.

• Major Revisions: The paper requires significant revisions and improvements before it can be considered for acceptance.

• Reject: The paper does not meet the quality standards and is not suitable for inclusion in the conference proceedings.

7. Author Notification: Authors will be notified of the review outcomes through the email address provided during the submission process. The notification will include the reviewers comments and recommendations for revisions (if applicable).

8. Revision and Final Submission: Authors whose papers require revisions are given a specific timeline to make the necessary improvements. Revised papers should address the reviewers comments and suggestions. The final version of the paper, incorporating the revisions, must be submitted by the given deadline.

9. Final Acceptance: The revised papers will undergo a final review to ensure that the required revisions have been adequately addressed. Upon satisfactory completion of the revisions, the papers will be accepted for presentation at ICAMMMAIA 2025 and included in the conference proceedings.

10. Presentation and Publication: Authors of accepted papers will be allowed to present their research findings at the conference. Additionally, all accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, subject to author registration and payment of the appropriate fees.

CONFERENCE GUIDELINES

1. Registration: All attendees, including authors, presenters, and participants, are required to register for the conference. Registration fees must be paid by the specified deadline to confirm participation. Registration categories and fees will be clearly stated on the conference website. Registration can be done online through the conference registration link.

2. Paper Submission: Authors are invited to submit original research papers related to Conference Themes. Submissions should adhere to the conference paper template and guidelines provided on the website. All papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by the conference's expert review committee. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.

3. Presentation Guidelines: Presenters should prepare their presentations according to the designated time slot allocated to them. Audio-visual equipment, including projectors and screens, will be provided for presentations. Presenters should bring their presentation materials on USB drives or laptops and ensure compatibility with the provided equipment.

4. Copyright and Plagiarism: Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their work and that it does not violate any copyright laws. Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited and may result in the rejection of the paper. Proper citations and references should be included for all sources used in the research.

5. Code of Conduct: All conference participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. 

6. Changes and Updates: The conference organizing committee reserves the right to make changes to the conference program, schedule, and policies, if necessary. Any updates or announcements regarding the conference will be communicated through the official conference website and email notifications.

7. Liability: The conference organizing committee and Harcourt Butler Technical University shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the conference. Participants are advised to take appropriate measures to secure their personal belongings and ensure their safety throughout the event. By participating in the "International Conference on Advances in Materials Manufacturing and Artificial Intelligence Applications" (ICAMMAIA 2025), attendees agree to comply with the conference policies stated above. These policies are designed to ensure a productive, inclusive, and professional environment for all participants.
